Thrown on the wheel and then carved with an organic fluid design before being allowed to fully dry.
As these are extremely fragile before being fired, so the glaze has to be applied very carefully. It is done in several glazes and multiple layers to achieve this gorgeous pale blue. It then gets fired to approx 1180deg c.
It has then had a coating of pearl lustre applied and fired again to achieve this beautiful lustre finish.
