sand coloured orchid pot, candle holder, votive, mothers day gift. Thrown on the wheel and then carved with an organic fluid design before being allowed to fully dry. It’s glazed with a sand and speckled coloured glaze.
As these are extremely fragile before being fired, the glaze has to be applied very carefully. It then gets fired to approx 1180deg c
This makes them very tough.
