Ceramic candle holder,
Thrown on the wheel and then carved with a lovely fluid design before being allowed to fully dry.
As these are extremely fragile before being fired, I bisque them to 1000c before I apply the glaze, which is done with several glazes, layered to create this beautiful subtle effect. It then gets fired to approx 1180deg c
This makes them very tough.
