Handmade gold ceramic trinket box, lidded pot.
Thrown on the wheel in 1 piece then allowed to dry to leather hard. Its then put back on the wheel and the lid is separated from the base and trimmed so they fit together well.
Its then allowed to dry before I apply the glaze, which is painted on in layers to create this beautiful subtle effect. The inside is glazed in a satin cream glaze. It then gets fired to approx 1180deg c.
